Student F

Student F is a 13 year-old who naturally writes small, but who had difficulty understanding the placement of letters. His words would float up off the line and none of his letters descended below the line because they ran into the writing on the line below and he became confused.

The structure of the JTWS Structured Writing System paper with the shaded bottom allowed him to see how tall letters are tall and short letters are short and they all sit nicely on the bottom line. He can now allow descenders to fall into the space below the line without interfering with other letters.
