Purchase Orders

We will accept signed purchase orders from legitimate schools, colleges, and government agencies. Due to the high cost of providing Net 30 days terms, all accounts past due will be assessed interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR). We reserve the right to withhold purchase order shipments to customers with past-due balances.

Please note that Illinois schools wishing to purchase items without paying sales tax must also fax us a copy of their Illinois Department of Revenue Form ST5-49; the Exemption number and the expiration date of the form must be legible. Including the Exemption number on the PO itself is also acceptable.

Purchase order totals for first-time Illinois users will initially show Illinois sales tax due. When we receive your PO with the IL Tax Exempt number, the tax will be removed. Those registered users for whom we already have the Tax Exempt number will NOT initially show sales tax.

We reserve the right to verify purchase order information before shipping.
